About EFAZ

In February 2001, eight environmental & conservation nonprofits in Arizona joined together to re-launch an earlier organization known as the Environmental Fund for Arizona (EFAZ). Their purpose was to offer employees an environmental option in their workplace giving campaigns. Since that time, we’ve grown into a vibrant alliance of 27 member organizations across Arizona who are working on the critical issues that affect our state including wildlife rehabilitation, habitat preservation, land management, river restoration, renewable energy, and so much more. EFAZ now participates in 25 workplace giving campaigns across Arizona.

For our member nonprofits, EFAZ brings statewide awareness of their important work to tens of thousands of Arizonans, facilitates involvement through volunteering and educational opportunities, and provides much needed financial support through workplace giving campaign donations. Since 2001, we have raised more than $1 million for Arizona’s environmental & conservation causes.

For our community, EFAZ offers a hub for environmental education, volunteering, and resources on a wide variety of environmental issues. We also bring added value to businesses and governments by providing resources to enhance their sustainability efforts.
